We offer Home Boarding for Dogs at our home:
no kennels, no cages*, no isolation

Requirements for stay:

• Your dog(s) must be up to date with their vaccinations and proof of this will be required BEFORE the date of their stay. (Original veterinary documentation required, not photocopies).
• Your dog(s) must be spayed or neutered. We do not take intact dogs under any circumstances.
• Your dog must be FULLY house-trained. We understand that accidents happen occasionally but if a dog shows clear signs of incontinence issues, we will bill you for professional cleaning in all affected rooms and any affected upholstery.
• Any dog that is not collected at the time agreed during booking will be re-homed in kennels at the owner’s expense.
• Your dog must not have any infectious condition(s) that may put other dogs at risk and be up to date with worm and flea treatments.
• Our disclosure form must be completed and returned to us BEFORE the day of arrival. We will be unable to board your dog without having your completed form.
  
  

Some of these requirements form part of our insurance and license agreements so we ask that you understand that they are non-negotiable. They are also in place for the well-being of other dogs that stay with us.

*We know that some dogs are accustomed to sleeping in a cage. In such situations, we have no objection to people bringing their own cages if that is the requirement.
