The festive season is our busiest time of year, and exclusive spaces are limited. Here's everything you need to know to book your dog in over Christmas.

How festive booking works
A few important details.
First come, first served
Christmas and New Year spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis — so early enquiries are strongly encouraged.
Full payment secures it
Full payment is required to secure a festive booking. It's refundable up to one month before boarding begins, and at our discretion thereafter.
Part-festive stays
Bookings that fall only partly within these dates are charged peak pricing for the days inside the range — standard rates apply to the rest.
Before the big day
Get your disclosure form in early.
With the festive season booking up fast, completing your disclosure form early means we can confirm your dog's place without delay.
Complete it in full and return it before your dog's first day — drop it off in person or post it to us (contact us for the address).
